January 2018 – Present: Riptide Soccer Club

November 2016 – Present: Diego Hills Charter School San Diego, CA
Head Coach – Coaching Diego Hills Charter School brought a Division Title and a Third Place
finish in the League Tournament.

February 2017 – January 2018: Matrix Soccer Club San Diego, CA
Trainer Coach – With over 70 teams throughout nine districts of San Diego Matrix’s unique
Trainer Coach position allows me to train with many different teams. I run tryouts, soccer
camps and special clinics designed to work with individual players and units.

October 2016 – January 2017: FC Yalla El Cajon, CA
Assistant Coach – Working with long established coaching staff to learn their style of play.
Mainly I focus on individual player development on a variety of offensive and defensive skills
and tactics.

September 2016 – May 2017: Soccer Shots San Diego, CA
Coach – Work with kids at the elementary school level to teach them basic soccer skills and
concepts.


January 2014 – April 2016: Fuego White Seattle, WA
Manager – The Fuego organization is a unique Seattle based club with three men’s teams in
the Greater Seattle Soccer League. I manage one of those teams.
- Recruiting – Finding fresh talent has been a big part of our success. We held quarterly
tryouts and place ads on craigslist, spread the word verbally, and encourage all players to
bring any players who are interested. We always had a large pool of good players to choose
our final rosters.
- Other Duties – Paying for league fees, coordinating and paying for practice fields, player
development, coaching, communicating tactics, roster selection, recruiting, administrative
tasks, coordinating tournaments and travel plans.

 

Experience (Playing)

June 2001 – April 2016: Club Captain Seattle, WA
Since graduating from high school I have played and been captain of competitive men’s teams
in leagues such as the Greater Seattle Soccer League and Puget Sound Soccer League.

March 1998 – June 2001: Highs School Captain Sammamish, WA
- Eastlake High School – Conference Champion, 3rd in State, 3 year Letterman
Three years on the Varsity team, which includes one year taking 3rd in state and a conference
championship. I was captain of the team my senior year.

March 1995 – September 2001: Club Captain Shoreline, WA
- FC Alliance – I was captain of my select club team for many years. We won three division
championships, no less than four tournaments, and consistently made it to the quarterfinals
in the state tournament.
